The programme will offer five interviews with internationally renowned photographers and a book designer, as well as columns by critics, and six pitches by photographers looking for financial support for their projects.
Dutch photographer Scarlett Hooft Graafland will talk about her somewhat magical images. The Canadian photographer Donald Weber will explain his project and book Interrogations. Photographer Martin Roemers is going to show us his awardwinning project Metropolis. American photographer Stanley Greene and Dutch designer Teun van der Heijden open up on their new collaboration and Greene's new book: The Western Front. Dutch photographer Charlotte Dumas will talk about her serie Anima which is currently exhibited in Institut Néerlandais in Paris. English art critic Francis Hodgson and Dutch photography critic Merel Bem will both read a column on the current state of photography. And the young and talented Dutch photographer Robin de Puy will photograph your portrait.
Moreover Viewbook is going to give a short presentation and the creators of GUP Magazine are presenting their latest initiative New!
And as an extra: six photographers will pitch their photo project in three minutes time. The audience will decide who is the winner. This photographer will receive funding of €1,000,- from Picturae for his or her photo project.
